ALDO Shoes:
Instore Kiosk
Challenge: Create an instore kiosk customers can use to find shoes in their size quickly without asking for the help of an employee. The goal of this project was to create a system that allowed customers to find the perfect fit while simultaneously reducing the pressure on store employees, especially during busy hours.

Empathize and Define
Customers often don’t want to spend a lot of time in store especially since purchasing online has become so common place. The aim of this instore kiosk prototype was to offer a way for customers to browse and purchase shoes with minimal employee contact but with all the perks of being instore including finding the right size since all shoes are made a little differently. Another point of contention to be addressed with the kiosk is having a way for customers to be serviced during busy hours when most employees are otherwise preoccupied. With the kiosk users are able to scan, search, and be measured for shoes.
